Huni and Huni Studio are operated by HOMIE OPEN COMPANY LIMITED (“Homie Open”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the Huni mobile application, the Huni Studio mobile application, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).
Huni is generally designed for viewers and community members to watch content, follow channels, and access related features. Huni Studio is generally designed for creators, sellers, and partners to manage content, channels, communities, products, or related business activities. Some features may differ by app, account type, region, or product version.

1. Scope of this Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to:

- Huni Studio
- related websites, support pages, and connected services operated by Homie Open
Some features described below apply only where available, enabled, or used by you. For example, certain provisions apply only if you sign in, upload content, purchase a subscription, enable notifications, submit an order request, or contact support.

2.1 Information you provide directly
Depending on how you use the Services, you may provide information such as:
- account information, such as your email address, sign-in provider identifier, display name, username, profile image, or other profile details
- creator, seller, channel, shop, or business information that you choose to provide in Huni Studio
- content you upload, create, publish, edit, or manage, such as videos, images, thumbnails, captions, descriptions, titles, metadata, links, product information, or related materials
- messages, support requests, feedback, or survey responses you send to us
- report reasons, safety-related messages, or abuse reports you submit through in-app reporting tools
- order request details, shipping details, notes, or contact details you submit where shopping, creator commerce, or seller-contact features are available
Some features may be available without signing in, while other features may require an account.
2.2 Information stored on your device
To improve your experience and app performance, the Services may store certain information locally on your device, such as:
- followed channels, blocked channels, saved items, and related preferences
- watch history, playback settings, mute/volume state, and player preferences
- temporary cache files, thumbnails, images, and other performance-related files
- guest identifiers or local app state needed to operate certain features
This local data may remain on your device until you clear the app data, clear cache, sign out, or uninstall the app.
2.3 Push notification information
If you enable notifications, we may collect and store:
- push tokens, such as APNs, Expo, or similar notification tokens
- notification preference settings
- basic delivery metadata, such as timestamps, delivery status, or app-side notification state
Where needed, push tokens may be associated with a guest identifier on your device and/or your signed-in account in order to send notifications correctly and reduce duplicate delivery.
2.4 Subscription and in-app purchase information
If you purchase a subscription or premium feature through Apple In-App Purchase, Apple processes the payment. We do not receive your full payment card details.
We may receive and process limited subscription-related information necessary to provide entitlements and restore purchases, such as:
- product identifiers
- subscription status
- entitlement status
- transaction timestamps
- restore purchase results
- receipt or transaction verification signals, where applicable
2.5 Technical, device, and usage information

If the Services include creator commerce, order requests, seller contact, or related business features, and you choose to use those features, we may share the necessary details with the relevant creator, seller, or partner so they can respond to your request, fulfill an order, or provide the requested service.
