Welcome to Huni. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Huni mobile application, the Huni Studio mobile application, and related services (the “Service”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Huni and Huni Studio are operated by HOMIE OPEN COMPANY LIMITED.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by your local law, to use the Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
Huni may provide in-app tools to report content and block channels.
Reported or blocked content may be hidden from your experience. We aim to review reports as soon as reasonably possible and may take appropriate action, including removing content, limiting distribution, restricting accounts, or taking other actions depending on the situation and applicable law.
You agree not to use the Service to upload, post, share, promote, or engage with content or behavior that is illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or violates these Terms.
Prohibited content and behavior includes, without limitation:
- Nudity, pornography, sexual content, or sexual content involving minors
- Hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, or incitement of violence
- Self-harm content or encouragement of dangerous acts
- Instructions for wrongdoing or illegal activity
- Spam, scams, fraud, impersonation, or deceptive practices
- Privacy violations, including doxxing or unauthorized sharing of personal data
- Illegal content or content that promotes illegal activity
- Copyright infringement or unauthorized re-uploads of protected content
The Service, including app design, user interface, user experience, branding, trademarks, logos, software, features, and related materials, is owned by Homie Open or its licensors.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal and lawful purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, unless permitted by law or with our written permission.
Depending on the version and feature availability, the Service may allow users, creators, or partners to post, upload, submit, or publish content (“User Content”).
If you upload or submit User Content, you represent and warrant that:
- You have all necessary rights and permissions to use and share the content
- Your content does not violate the rights of any third party
- Your content complies with these Terms and applicable laws
You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content to the Service, you grant Homie Open a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, distribute, display, transmit, process, and make your User Content available for operating, improving, and promoting the Service.
This license is used only as necessary to provide, maintain, improve, and promote the Service, including technical processing and content delivery.

Please include sufficient details to identify the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing content, such as title, content ID, URL if available, screenshots, and proof of your rights.
We may remove or restrict access to content while we review the claim. Repeat infringers may have their accounts restricted or terminated.
The Service may offer subscriptions, memberships, paid content, premium access, fan club memberships, or other in-app purchases.
If you purchase a subscription or in-app purchase through Apple, payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
Restore purchases may be available in the app where applicable.
Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policies.
The Service may contain links to, integrate with, or rely on third-party services, including but not limited to content delivery services, analytics providers, payment processors, cloud services, App Store services, or other external platforms.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, policies, practices, availability, or performance.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
If you access or use the Service on an Apple device, you acknowledge that Apple is not a party to these Terms.
Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you where applicable.
Your use of the Service must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and any applicable App Store rules.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Homie Open makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, reliability, accuracy, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Homie Open will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, infringed rights, or used the Service in a way that may cause legal, security, or operational issues.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we update these Terms, we will change the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local laws provide otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that you may have under applicable law.
